Lighting and Textures for Sketchup Models

I came accross this website today.

And if I'm reading it properly you can import a sketchup model, ( after installing the plugin).
and apply lighting and textures to it, and out put it as a 3DS file....now I have Downloaded it and a couple of the tutorials and as far as I can see it's a free program.
It also has plugins for blender and 3DS max.
Can some one let me know if it is what i think it is????

he explains how to export a model from sketchup as an XML File into kirkythea... I wonder if its exporting as xml if it couln't be imported directly into btb after edting.

It looks nice, but I think it is only for rendering purposes. I doubt if it can beauty the textures
Maybe we can do nice screenshoots, but not tracks looking like them.
