HeskeyBoy21 updated Jaguar MyTeam 2022 Concept Pack with a new update entry:

Removed Custom Dial due to incompatibility with 1.13 update.

The update v1.13 has been released to change elements of the UI for other languages according to users. This has resulted in a number of new bugs however so I suspect v1.14 will make further changes so until then, do not expect the custom dial to be fixed. Otherwise, my UI mod will soft lock your game when loading. Sorry
