is there an in game option for engine revs?

i just got a custom steering wheel and im trying to assign a switch to the rev limits so i can turn down/up mid race but i cant seem to find the option anywhere in rfactor. i've seen videos on youtube that show wheels controlling the max rpm just cant find it =\

As far as I know it cant be done. The best thing to do is pm Rayn Callan he knows most of rFactor like the back of his hand. If any one knows he will.
