General Is there a mod for realistic headlights?

Hey! I was wondering is there a mod that makes your headlights brighter? Because i downloaded this mod:http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/summer-night-with-stars-and-reshade-weather.15243/ and everything is alright, but when i turn on my headlights, it`s dark in front of me. Even if the headlights are off, there is no difference. Please if you found something like that, send me a link for it in the reply.

Not possible with AC‘s graphics engine. They decided very early that they don’t want night racing and the sun is the only light source that is properly calculated
