Indianapolis Curb + Grass Fix - Makes the grass and curbs of aa_ims not absolutely destroy you

Hey! This is my fix for the curbs and grass for aa_imsa. Whenever you go over them, they both for some reason kill your speed for no reason, at least on the version I downloaded off of Breathe's Tracklist. This is meant as a simple fix to make the curbs act like curbs should, and t make the grass act like grass should.

To install, simply put the surfaces.ini into the "data"...

You mean aa_ims. its works good in indy500 inside the folders as well.
