Increase speed on straights in Rookie Races?

Im just starting out in Raceroom online but have noticed cars much faster than me on straights, is there a setting im missing? I though rookie races were all fixed setup. The cars I have been driving are WTCR2018/19/20

Are you sure your throttle pedal is working correctly? You can check your pedal input in the controller settings menu.

yeah throttle all good, is there a drs type option on these cars ?

As far as I know these cars do have a push to pass, you have about 15 or so for the entire race.

Another option to look at is if traction control is enabled and if it gives the option to change it.
Ex. The Audi TT base setting has TC enabled and kills the power out put. Once you lower it the car will feel x10 better though the ffb and be alot faster accelerating out of corners.

WTTC don't have Drs or push to pass that I'm aware of....only DTM, Audi TT and I believe the Indy cart.

If you notice a massive gap at the start you might want to assign a button for launch control.

There is no DRS or P2P on WTCR.
