I generally recommend: leave the agression at around 40%. High agression just causes problems like ai bumping into you or into each other and it does not improve laptime.

Tip: If Ai is still too slow (which I don't believe) instead of trying to make them faster give yourself ballast through the ingame app or content manger or the ingame championchip handicaps. This way you can have close racing...
