To those people who don't mind much reading rules, attached are screenshots from corners where you can potentially cut at Imola. The screenshots demonstrate what is NOT allowed. Hopefully this will prevent some post-race conflicts .

Is the astro turf considered a racing surface? Or is it nothing beyond the curbs?

Nope, only curbs.

If you keep 2 wheels on curb shouldn't be a problem.

is it 2 wheels or one wheel on the track at all times? Obviously in the pictures above it will become all 4 wheels off the track just moments after the shot is taken, however say you were to extend with three wheels, keeping a single tyre on the curbing at all times, what does that count as?
