F1 2013 How to use a setup

Is there a file that contains the setups contained in the setups section or do i just write down the settings a put them in while in the game? Also, if the answer is the later where do i put them in. I see a Quick Setup option in the Engineer section but don't see where to make the fine adjustments stated in the setup templates.

when you are in the garage go to the screen displaying the time and weather. within that there are 4 screens I think. the one on the far left will let you change your setup mannually.

In additional to what Karl said, you must enter the set up manually. There are no setup files that can be downloaded or swapped between people. The set-ups are saved within your encrypted profile files.
