How to turn off autoshifting Formual V10?

Just tried these for the first time, and I can't seem to stop them from autoshifting up through the gears.
I use F7 to cycle through the different autoshift options and even with autoshifting set to off they still autoshift up.

Can this be cancelled so I have full control over the gears?

in garage menu - first setup page - left bottom ... there you have electronic aids.

Those are not game aids like you have in game options but el.systems that are present on those cars .. V10 used to have auto upshift for maximizing accelaration on long straights ... but of course you don`t have to use them ..

Thanks @ouvert that's done the trick.

I guess if auto upshift was the norm then I should drive them that way, but I find it tricky 'counting' the gears with auto, making me shift down to the wrong gear most times.

I think not every team used to use auto upshift those days .. so it is not like you are doing great unjustice to realism if you are not using them ... Reiza guys did their research and give us that option as there was that option .. I guess
I took me few laps till I get used to it ..
