How to send/get livery to/from other people on the same server?

I'm just curious if it is possible to trade livery with people on the server. It is very annoying that some cars are shown as gray boxes. I've found out how to send setups, but how about livery?

If your driving and someone joins the server and starts driving they will show up as a grey Temp car until you go back to the garage screen where it will load their car.

Perhaps you go on servers having private skins. Anyway, you cant send skins
