How to run BTB in Win7 x64

To tun BTB in windwos7 64bits:

turn .net in 32 bits mode

Type in command Line (cmd)

Code:
"C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Ldr64.exe" setwow

then run BTB

turn back .net 64

Code:
"C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Ldr64.exe" set64

this sounds like good news! :doublethumb:
I've got an un-loved win7 x64 disc sitting on my shelf, and it's only on my shelf because of BTB.

I don't really understand what these commands will do, but would there be any problems if it left .net in 32bit mode as you describe? I'm likely to forget to change it back to 64bit once i'm done with btb.

And since i don't really understand how this will let BTB work in Win7 (because i just don't know that much about this sort of thing), are you able to elaborate a little please? I assume it relates to the licensing hardwareID problem, since generally BTB runs fine on 7 (besides licensing)?

Cheers!

If you run those commands as a batch file you won't have to worry about forgetting to reset it afterwards.

Code:
"C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\L dr64.exe" setwow
"c:\program files(x86)\BobsTrackBuilder\BobsTrackBuilder.exe"
"C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\L dr64.exe" set64

The third line won't run until btb is closed.
