F1 2020 How to made a own second driver in my team?

Is there a mod that you made a own second driver?
Be like you own or custom driver but second driver too.
My dad want in my team too as second driver, he don't wanna play this game but i want his name as second driver, and nationality and stats...

i think you can change name, but that the max you can do... and btw there is a modding section
