How to bring RaceRoom The Game 1 + 2 back from the dead (hidden Offline Mode)!

Thanks to some help from someone on a somewhat off-radar site, I've been given a fix to bring SimBin's two free RaceRoom The Game titles back from the dead!

These were limited, advertising-heavy, rFactor/RACE 07 based games featuring a handful of cars (including Formula RaceRoom F1 cars with recognisable sponsorship) and post-processing that never appeared in the RACE 07 game.

As they're hard to come by (and were originally free) I uploaded both here:

RaceRoom The Game (features Hockenheim (3 versions), Chevrolet Camaro and Formula RaceRoom): https://mega.nz/file/cNhmBYKa#5zjQ5Ifqq9G6W1tx8ih_TF64t7ZNEFJaFr7zGRoL9ak

RaceRoom The Game 2 (features Hockenheim (3 versions), Imola, Laguna Seca and Nurburgring, Chevrolet Camaro, Formula RaceRoom, BMW 320si, Radical SR3 and Matech Ford GT): https://mega.nz/file/tR4CHAgT#T_hAytzWapPkVEKazLiVw_xrlvtG1L-tOh60zLQS7v4

As for the fix, it requires a Registry tweak, which you can do in a batch file. Simply create a text file and paste the lines below this message into it, change it from .txt to .bat extension, right-click and "Run as administrator". Alternatively (if you're more adventurous), go into the Registry and add the information below yourself! You'll then find an Offline Mode button :)

@echo off
set /P name=Enter player name:
reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SBDT AB\RaceRoom the Game" /v UserName /t REG_SZ /d "%name%"
pause
