How to add tracks and cars?

Hi all,

I have just recently become a member of this forum and have also just recieved my RD license.
Please excuse ignorance but could anyone tell me how I can add tracks and cars to gtr evolution/race 07?
I have downloaded the files but do not know how to add the content.
Just to let you know I have recently bought a pc (as of 2 weeks ago) and prior to this have only owned consoles for the past hmm..... Well forever! So I don't really know what I'm doing.
If anyone could give me a step by step instructions I would really appreciate it.

Oh by the way... Like I said this is the first time I'm doing pc gaming and totally blown away with Gtr evolution & race 07. Great graphics, brilliant sound and physics. I really was not expecting this it's flippin awesome!
