How long does it take to get a new serial number?

So I emailed Reiza the other day to ask for a new serial number as I lost my previous install because I needed to restore my PC to factory settings, and they still haven't got back to me yet. Anyone else had this before, and how long did it take to get a reply? I thought I heard somewhere it was a day but it's been about 3 now and nada.

They have said in the past that the forum account and the serial key support aren't connected for PMing them here wont do anything to speed up the process. It usually takes a week at the very most, but they say that it takes less than 3 days.
