I somehow got this to my screen when I played AC, I mistakenly pressed some key and now I do not know how to get rid of it, please help. I "played" with a keyboard since my new rig´n wheel has not arrived yet. All help appreciated, thanks.

Doesn't it disappear shortly after leaving the pit lane?

No, it does not disappear after leaving the pit lane as it should.

When driving with keyboard (arrow keys) you activate it all the time, by pressing the arrow-keys.

To me seems a proper vengeance for driving with the keyboard :x3:

Is that just a general statement or is the answer in there?

    That's written in the changelog

Added Pitstop quickmenu + Setup pitstop strategy: this can be custumized and disabled by system/cfg/pitstop.ini [SETTINGS]USE_MOUSE_PITSTOP=0

    Just change [SETTINGS]USE_MOUSE_PITSTOP=0 by USE_MOUSE_PITSTOP=1

The Pitstop menu won't appear if you use the keyboard arrows

Thank you for your help folks! Will get the proper steeringwheel soon so I will forget the "vengeance for driving with the keyboard" :whistling:

is it possible to move the position of the pit stop menu on screen and assign a button to turn it off and on?

Great! Thanks Michael for sharing the link - exactly what I was looking for.
The only thing missing for now is a function button to enable/disable the menu.

Arrow key or D-Pad will enable it, so there is half the problem solved. Closest thing to being able to disable it would be to set the time to 1 second. (or less, not sure if .x works)

I will experiment with it a bit.
Ideally I want it on the center screen directly in my vision, so I can make quick pit stop adjustments when on a straight.
For this to work I would want press the right Dpad stick on the wheel to activate the menu, make adjustments and press the center button again for deactivating the menu again.

Maybe I will do a workaround with one of those button re-mappers like joytokey.
