Henry Raceway - A fictional circuit located somewhere in the USA.

Still a wip but I wanted to share it because it turned out quite fun to drive on.

Known issues:
-No AI
-No animated start lights

-AI is now working
-Added decorations
-Added tarmac run-offs to some certain spots

-Grass grows through the kerbs
-Track lights not working yet
-DRS zones are not there yet

-Fixed grass
-DRS zones are now there
-Added painted tarmac run-offs everywhere
-Added even more decorations
-Start lights are now working
-Defined track sections

-Added digital flag boards but haven't been able to get them working yet
-TV cams are not working properly
