Help, please - How to run large numbers of AI

For example, I would like to run 100 AI at Com8 Nords which I can do if race session only but if want practice and qualify then cars all get stacked on top of each other and go haywire. I have heard of people running 100 AI here so are they only doing in it race session only or is there some trick?

There is a maximum of cars the pitlane can take. You can find the maximum cars on top of the AIW file.
startinggrid=?? (2 times the amount of pitspots)
pitspots=??


Also:
For instance, when you add this to the gdb file:
Max Vehicles = 26 // maximum cars in pitstall
then the amount of cars will never exceed 26.

Makes sense. Thanks. So when people say they run 100 cars here does that mean they are probably doing race session only?

Edit - I noticed rFactor 2 "generates garage spots". Possible to do this in rF1?
