[Help] Game doesn't open

When I try to open the game it says I don't have enough memory and asks if I want to continue anyway.
Even after I select "Yes" the game doesn't open.

I configured my Config_DX11.ini with:
SystemRAM=8060
VideoRAM=1024
But it disappears whenever I open the game...

I'm using the DX12

On this same computer I play GTA V(high), CSGO, The Witcher and others...
