hello some problems with download

hello to your community, my problem with two files to download in section gtr2 tracks and the last in micellangelos. have you an answer i am always redirected and found no solution to this download problem.

Sometimes i have problems downloading, it says invalid file and gets redirected, it seemed to happen when i was using IE9.

I just added the Street Cars mod to GTR2 and half the cars have no sound. Can anyone give me advise on how to fix? also there was no sound files with this particular mod.
