Having a AI issue on most short ovals

On every oval mod with a Pitlane on the outside of the oval the game will force the AI pit on the first lap of almost every race and then they will not come out of their pitbox. This will happen with no Damage, fuel, or tire consumption. Also I've noticed if I set the lap count to 10 or more, sometimes they won't and will actually race. Normally, if they get around 1 lap, they're then okay and race normally. Very odd bug.

I've also noticed AI cars pulling into the pits on larger ovals after the leader has crossed the finishing line. (Instead of racing back to the finish line, they'll pull into the pits and finish a lap down)

I'm using the latest CM and CSP preview with SOL

(Race end, DNF)
Haven't tested but noticed several times.

-Autodrome de Linas-Montlhéry (Legion)


(Tracks not affected)
All have pitlanes on the inside of the course and/or are larger speedways.

-Braxton Raceway (RD)
-Joesville (RD)
-Mallory Park (RD)
-Indy 60's (Legion)
-Daytona (Team Reboot)

Any ideas how I could fix?
