GTR2 Problen with Brightness

I notice that on tracks like Ontatio Motor Speedway and California Oval, it's not as bright as the other tracks even though I have the settings correct and selected daylight. Doesn't happen on other tracks and changing to a different car doesn't make a difference. Any ideas?
