GSCE Crash File

I reinstalled Game Stock Car Extreme on my RackService server and when I try launch the Dedicated Server it does not launch and creates a Crash File herewith attached (changed to .txt file so I could upload here)
Any ideas on what causes this and how to fix?

For the record I am running a remote server through RackService and trying to join this with a fresh no mods GSCE install through Steam
Now got the dedicated GSCE on server to launch and not to crash by doing a fresh install but did not run the Sync...
But getting mismatches - see attachment
Any ideas?
