Just yesterday purchased group c but the are not in the game.

Went to forum suggested and logged in with steam. said it was in error. when bill is received I am just not going to pay it. I am tired of these systems that do not correctly use money. I have been using Pay Pal for years with no trouble. Support tickets are useless if it will not accept a correct log in. It says i should use a unique email address. I only have one email address.

Maybe the transaction is stuck somewhere. You should check your Steam wallet balance and your vRP balance in the game.

Have you posted on their forums? I've twice had content-related issues, and both were sorted out within a couple of days of posting in their support forum.
