Graphic Card Upgrade

Hi all, i am thinking of upgrading my 3gb Amd Radeon HD7950 to an Asus AMD Radeon R9 290 DirectCU II OC Graphics Card (4GB) for £209.99 what do you tech guru`s think worth it ? or should i go for Nvidia instead ? I only really play Assetto Corsa on a 50" tv.

Went for the 4 Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 gaming edition, thanks for the replies
