Also, regarind the Arrows situation. Plan is to take the average income of all 21 drivers, round down to the next multiple of 50, and give that to @C0rrUpti0Nz to use for car upgrades only. Had a look at last season, it was between 200 and 250 in most races. This is subject to change, depending on whether it turns out to be too much/less.
