GetGcom fail

Anyone know what 'GetGcom fail' means? it comes up in my windows event viewer under error event ID 10 tmhidusb when ever I plug my Thrustmaster t300 into the usb, have deleted and reinstalled the drivers and tried a different usb plug.

Wheel seems to work fine and windows says it's functioning ok just don't know why it's bringing up an error every time I plug it in

I'm getting the same problem. The wheel works fine but sometimes disconnects in the middle of a race. When I check the event viewer later it's an ID10 error that says 'GetICom Fail'.

My wheel is a T500.

having this problem with my tmx except it happens so much that it literally crashes windows and forces it to reboot without notice, no idea how to fix this

edit: the crashes were related to my power supply going, not the wheel

the geticom fails still happen but it doesnt seem like it does anything, they dont affect the usage of the wheel or windows at all
