Gear is "Beeping" at Changing!

Sorry bout this question.. i'm pretty new in RRE and i noticed one thing that made me confused. When i try reduce gear too fast, i heard a sound like a beep and i can't change gear.. What is this? Can i turn off this or not? I noticed this in every car i try.. Tnx

You are downshifting too fast.. There is limiter protecting engine to overrev.. Try to downshift in reasonable manners based on your revs..
It is not on every car.. H pattern gearboxes don't have that

Another question. How to know if car uses H shifter or pedals behid wheel, im always in pedals in every car and works... nb question.. i know.

He meant the real cars has an H shifter they usually are old cars
