Game minimizes to desktop at start of race when running dedi server

When I run the dedi server, then run Raceroom, at the race start (either in my server or another), the game minimizes to desktop, then comes back either just before the start, or as happened to me tonight, just after it.

I am using this workaround to get the server working, It must be because I have the dedicated server and the game running on the same Steam?

Anyone seen this before and have a fix?

I am able to run the Server and Game on the same version of steam on the same PC with no problems,Have you tried minimizing the browser window and the console to see if that makes a difference?

Thanks, I tried it but it still minimizes to desktop.

Tried running the server from the exe file still does it, even did it while I was in the store.
