G27 pedal issue

I was hoping someone could help me out with an issue I've been having with my pedals. Basically when I apply a constant pressure to either one of the pedals it won't maintain that input. Instead the pedal inputs only increase or decrease the rate of acceleration. In the case of the throttle this doesn't allow me to maintain a certain speed which is an issue around corners, or constantly increases the amount of brake pressure applied without me actually increasing my input.

This hasn't been an issue for other games so I know it must be somewhere in my game settings. I've played around with the controller 2 and 3 settings with no luck. Anyone else run into this issue or know a fix?

Have you made sure all aids are off? Maybe the braking help is coming into play?
