I'm having a fuel problem, that every time I go to the box, it gets 1/0, what can I do?

This problem is what mod people use AND if the mod CAN do refuel in the box/pit or not in the Race session of the game. This can be edit change in the HDV file in a mod But can also get missmatch online! If people play online. to play offline with AI can people edit many things in games.
