Urgh. I tried to get OpenDNS to refresh the cache for RD. Unfortunately even after a refresh it still can't find it. Back to the host file fix...

Indeed. However I was trying to speed it up by manually getting them to update their cache.

Anyone on OpenDNS can now reach racedepartment without the host file fix

On decent providers a DNS update takes anywhere from 2 to 24 hours. It should never take more than 48 hours unless you have a really poor ISP
