We need to do something about thus signing order. The best teams always get the best drivers, and lower tiers get weaker drivers. I need something better to improve the odds just a little bit.
I think he's just trying to keep it realistic. Like if he went to a system where worst team chooses first, M Schumacher going from best to worst wouldn't quite be realistic (unless you're alonso)
