FLM - News Announcement

Three things will be added or changed :

1 - A new Wages reform to shrink the gap between all of them. Hiring a good driver couldn't become a very bad choice because of his wages. The lowest wages will increase a little and the highest ones will decrease a lot.

2 - The Reshuffle won't be "-30%" of the stats but "-30 points" for all the stats. The gap between every team's ratings has shrinked so much the last 2/3 seasons that it became impossible for a Tier2/3 to continue earning money with results and stats very close, sometimes lower.

3 - I will set a budget cap of 5 000 $ for every team. This will be effective after the very first quarter of the 1983 season. It means that you'll have the rest of this 1981 season plus the whole 1982 season to regularize your situation. If some one has a budget above this cap when the time comes, I'll cut it to 5 000$ and everything beyond that limit will be lost. Same thing for the future, every dollar gained beyond 5 000$ will worth nothing. You could ask me why 5000$, well it is roughly 1 season of saving which is a strategy that could sound quite fair, smart and realistic. Throwing a season away to put everything on the next one.

Are you still adding/subtracting the random value as well, or is it a straight -30 for all?

Yes of course Reshuffle still is something to reshuffle the cards a little ^^

Does anyone have a resource for finding out current F1 driver salaries? Like, what is the difference between Hamilton and Wehrlein? Alonso vs. Ericson? I think we should have a similar disparity here.
