I extracted the file and it CM still doesn't recognize the files, do you have any advice?

As far as I know, CM only supports AC, not ACC. Try manually moving files into a folder, mate.

You can drag and drop the livery on top of Race Element and it will install it for you.

You can also use Race Element to export your livery to a .zip file. You can also create skin picks of multiple liveries too.
