Fanatec handbrake acts as button

Hello, i have a fanatec handbrake attached to v3 pedals. The handbrake acts as an on off switch not analog. do you know how to fix this?

Where are you verifying this? Fanatec/PC settings or in game settings? Which game?

I feel like I remember seeing somewhere this is a feature, something you change in settings or on the handbrake itself. Have you taken a look at the manual?
