Fanatec CSW 2.5 Steering Angle does not match

Hello,

I bougth a new CSW 2.5 together with the CSL Elite WRC Wheel.

I noticed there is a small difference between my steering inputs and the wheel rotation in-game (see the attached photo). This happens in all sims I tried.

I set the SEN setting to AUT in the wheels tuning menu. I tried 900° but it remained the same. Though, if I set it to ~860° it seems to match.

Does anybody know how to fix it?

My in-game settings are for example:
AC:
Degrees: 900°
Gamma: 1.0
Scale: 100%
Auto-adjust scale: false
Filter: 0%
Speed Sensitivity: 0%

rF2:
Steering Wheel Range: locked
vehicle set: true
speed sensitivity: 0%
sensitivity: 100%
deadzone: 0%

You should check the input first in the Fanatec driver (game controller properties window) before you check it in a game. If it doesn't seem to be reading correctly in the driver, then the issue might be related to the linearity bug with the current firmware. This can be fixed by running FanaLab and making an adjustment to the 'SEN' slider. This overrides the bug permanently (unless you reflash the firmware), you only have to do it once.

If this doesn't make a difference, then I suggest you create a Support Ticket via the My Products section of your Fanatec account.
