Fanatec BMW rim snapped in half wtf....

Can not believe it I have only had it a few months I came to take a high speed corner and it literally snapped in half............anyone else had this issue?

Did you buy this wheel new?

If not it looks like the previous ower has used the rim to pull himself out of the racing seat over and over again.

My Fanatec BMW wheel is in perfect shape! I thought it was one of the strongest in their vast range of wheels available. Never imagined something like this could happen!

Of course there is many factors playing a role here. Manufacturing faults, usage of the wheel, former owner misuse etc. Like HoiHman said, it looks like the former owner(if it's bought second hand), used the wheel to do pull ups or pull himself out his seat.

My BMW when you grab at the top, You can Feel its NOT as rigid as it should be,...If i recall it was like this from New. There's just a slight bit of movement you can feel, If your a 10-2 driver its Exposed even more so.
