I changed the settings of the championships.txt file by replacing the words FALSE with TRUE and still can not promote my team to a second division. Why ?

Hello! This mods seems not fully working with me. Track names are updated but they don't match the logos i see in the track selection menu, and drivers name are not real. Can you help me?
