F1 2011 F1 2011 crashes while starting

Sorry if this thread already exists ....

Suddenly my game crashes (freezes) when it starts.
It looks the same like shown in this video
(video is not from me)

Probably save game bug:

go to savegames folder, and delete file named GTEHXOSJZ_0.
Then, copy GTEHXOSJZ_1 in the same folder, to a file named GTEHXOSJZ_0.
You'll have again the two files GTEHXOSJZ_0 and GTEHXOSJZ_1.

You need to go into your savegame folder Autosave and find GTEHXOSJZ_0 file and delete that one, then copy and paste GTEHXOSJZ_1 back into Autosave folder which will give you GTEHXOSJZ_1 copy, rename this one to GTEHXOSJZ_0, the only thing is you will have to redo your controller settings again as this is the only thing you will lose.

Just press ENTER and then select your controller again. Restart the game and it's gonna be fine.

As Victor said. Even remove your USB controller and use keyboard to start the game to main menu. Then exit and start again with wheel. I get this from time to time too and follow this routine.
