Error missage at first start

Hi, I recently install BTB and give me that error. I check for framework .NET 2.0, but also is already installed (I have the 3.5.1). I'm using W7, already I has tested on W7 without problems, but not this time... It gives that messag when I start BTB

Sorry for this message, I don't looked first at the FAQ, so the problem was that I don't install Directx9c August, with W7 I had Directx11 and suppossed that I already had the lastest Directx but 11 don't inlcude Directx 9c
