Dust, smoke, and kidmark effects Help

Can anybody here tell me why im not seeing any of these effects ingame?
ive also posted over at the iracing forums, with no luck, or help

When they came out with the new tire model last year, these weren't implemented yet. I had expected them to be here by now, but we are still waiting. If you run an old tire model car (Star Mazda/Indycar etc.) you get the effects.
Not saying that's a particularly good reason, but that's why you're not seeing them.

Well that sucks, kind of kills the immersion of the game

Hopefully we get an upgraded tire smoke model. It looks like crap if you do slow-mo videos because it appears in little balls of smoke every half a second or so.
