This is an updated version of McRae's Citroën Xsara WRC from the 2003 WRC season.
Now it has all the missing sponsor logos on it such as Telefonica, Eurodatacar, etc.

No because you would only be able to adjust one livery at a time within the whole car class. And I haven't exactly heard any issues of people getting banned so far the way I do it.
