Custom racing series?

Assetto Corsa lets you choose any car for yourself and then any combination of cars for the AI, which is a feature I love because it enables very interesting races between non-racecars. Unfortunately, it seems to me rFactor limits you to one racing series per race. Now I'm a bit new to rFactor, but I've been googling and haven't found a way to do that yet.
Thoughts?

you can use the "All cars & tracks" series and select your oponnents before loading the track. You can do the same thing when creating an online session
