Content Manager Track UI Enhancement Pack (USA) - Adds logos and backgrounds to tracks from the USA

This mod aims to refresh the look of the tracks when selecting in content manager. In addition, it comes with background images for the loading screens if you choose to use them.

Of course, not every U.S track available has been added to this pack. However, I do not plan on this remaining a final version. I intent to work on a pack for every nation that I have. In addition, if you have any track suggestions or requests, feel free to let me know and I'll see about adding them and updating...
