I cant figure out how a WRC track has been use also for a 24h race even when a Rally track is a race topoint A to the point B and almost not aloway on tarmac...

Sincerelly you must reveal the name now... no one will find it

It is not a WRC track. The European country that the race track is in hasn't hosted an F1 race, but it has hosted a round of the WRC. It can host unique 24hr races (I'll say what when the answer is said).
