hello ! you will need EGO ERP Archiver
you go to :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2020\2020_asset_groups\f1_safetycar_package\safety_car safety_car.erp and you replace the 2019_safetycar_decal_da.tif.dds and the 2019_safetycar_paint_c.tif.dds/2019_safetycar_paint_d.tif.dds

and it's done
