Some information about the game:
Release Date: October 21, 2016.

• New Multiplayer mods which will allow shorter game sessions.
• Support units can stack with main units on a single tile.
• Improved AI diplomacy.
• One wonder per tile.
• More cartoonish graphics.
• Gandhi will be more inclined to nuke you behind your back.

I think the biggest problem with Civ 5 was the really dumb diplomacy system and they say that it will be improved. Can't wait.
