F1 2011 Championship rival question

When do get the option to choose your championship rival? In F1 2010 it was usually after Hungary, which I've just completed in F1 2011 (crashed out, spun at Turn 6 into the wall on the inside). Is it even in 2011?

In 2010 F1 season Hungarian GP was 12th round of Championships. This year Hungarian GP is 11th round. So just wait one more race
